A new video uncovered by the Wall Street Journal on Monday shows Texas Attorney General and current Republican Senate nominee Ken Paxton partying in Dubai with two men described as U.S. fugitives and a woman who wasn’t his wife.
The men were indicted in Illinois in 2024 for allegedly embezzling $15 million from a Chicago hospital where Ahmed was CFO. Ahmed was later charged in a separate, much larger scheme involving at least $195 million in alleged fraudulent payments.
