The 6 people who were arrested were merely dipping their hands in the water, just like the kids in the last video below.
The park police put out a ‘bolo’ which basically shows a person touching the water for a bout 7 seconds. No vandalism is seen and there are actually workers and other tourists around them.

They actually claim that what you see in the video is actually ‘destruction’.
