Trump yesterday: “Tariffs reduced the trade deficit by 78%!”
Today’s numbers:
-2024 trade deficit was $900 billion
-2025 trade deficit was $900 billion
All Trump does is lie.
-He pretends his tariffs are successful when they’re not.
-He pretends other countries pay them, even though we do.
-He pretends that we will get surplus checks while driving up the debt by another $2.2 trillion.
-He pretends there is a huge investment in America when in reality, manufacturing is in decline, almost no jobs were created last year, and unemployment is higher.
Trump has no clue what he is doing and is a disaster for the economy.
