FACTS:
It’s 100% legal to follow and record any LEOs while they are doing their jobs in public as proven in Gericke vs Begin.
It is in no way considered ‘obstruction’.
The woman who was shot on J7 made a pleasant comment as seen on the ICE agent’s camera before she attempted to leave the area.
She backed up to get away from him, then turned to the RIGHT in her to attempt to drive away.
He was standing on her LEFT and completely out of the way.
He shot her once and then moved forward on his own at which time he was slightly grazed by her car but UNHURT.
He then shot her AGAIN 2 times and REFUSED to let a doctor attend to her after she was hit and crashed. He then called her a f—king bitch.
Trump, Vance and Kristi Noem continue to lie about this situation.
If what Noem said in a recent interview was true, that this was a case of ‘self defense’, then the shooting of Ashli Babbitt was justified and she should not have been made a hero. In fact, if what Noem says is true about officers feeling threatened by simple protesters, then every one of the 140 officers that had the snot beaten out of them on J6 would have been justified in shooting every one of those J6 perpetrators.
It does not matter that we do not agree with the way liberals want to run government. That said, civil rights must apply to EVERYONE equally. Apparently this is not the case with this administration which pardons criminals such as cop beaters, sex offenders and drug dealers while claiming it is OK to shoot those protesters with whom they disagree.
How ironic that Trump vows to protect protester in IRAN, but thinks it’s OK to kill them in the USA!
