Opinion: Is Trump Guilty? Here’s What We Know

Is Trump guilty of improper behavior during his long-time involvement with best friend Jeffrey Epstein while engaged in the modeling and beauty pageant businesses? Here is what we know. You be the judge.

After promising he would release any information he had on the Jeffrey Epstein case, he is now claiming that “the whole Epstein thing is a Democrat hoax”. Other apologists are referring to it as a “conspiracy theory”. Some of his followers are denying he knew Epstein at all.

FACT: It is not a “hoax” or a “conspiracy theory”. Crimes were committed. Epstein was arrested and although he died in prison, Ghislaine Maxwell is serving 20 years in jail for procuring young girls for Epstein. She has recently denied all of this in an interview with Trump’s lawyer.

A court of law heard testimony from many victims who were underage when they were recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell to become sex slaves of Jeffrey Epstein and his clients. Virginia Guiffre says she was recruited from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club (confirmed by Trump) and trafficked out to ‘politicians, actors and academics’, including Prince Andrew of Wales who eventually settled with her.

Other girls described how they were raped by Epstein, and one even tried to swim away from the island of St. James in the Bahamas after she was raped three times that day. Maria Farmer described how Epstein and Maxwell herself both attempted to rape her at Les Wexner’s estate in Ohio. She also described an encounter with Trump at one of Epstein’s offices in NY and after learning what was going on, she tried to report them to the FBI in 1996 but was ignored. At the time she knew little about who Trump was, and described him to the FBI as ‘that reality show host’.

Epstein, who had been arrested in 2005 and given a lenient sentence by then-US Attorney Alex Acosta, was arrested again in 2019 along with Maxwell, who was eventually sent to jail for 20 years. It is said that Epstein had at least a thousand victims over the time he was operating and no one knows how he got his millions, although a lot of money and property was given to him by Les Wexner, owner of Victoria’s Secret. It has been reported that much of that money was sent to banks in Russia.

So is this issue a hoax or a ‘conspiracy theory’? Absolutely NOT. It happened and yet, only ONE person is in jail for it. People on both sides of the aisle want those who were complicit to be prosecuted.

FACT: US Attorney General Pam Bondi admitted these recordings exist. “The FBI”, she said, was reviewing “tens of thousands of videos” of the wealthy financier “with children or child porn.” Who were those people?

After promising to release this information, she is now claiming a list does not exist. But these VHS tapes and CDs certainly do as we saw the evidence posted by the FBI as they were raiding the island. Victim Maria Farmer tells how Maxwell showed her the media room in NY where every room was being surveilled and that Maxwell bragged that they had tapes on everyone. These were tapes of other men with young girls, not just Epstein with his victims. The public was recently given a photographic tour of Epstein’s NY city mansion and cameras were clearly seen mounted above the walls in every room. Maxwell even bragged to a reporter that there were tapes of both Trump and Clinton that could end their careers, confirmed by Epstein’s brother. We have already seen the unredacted contact book, which listed no less than 14 phone numbers for Donald J. Trump and members of his family.

The FBI confiscated VHS tapes and CDs from Palm Beach in 2005 and from St. James island in 2019. An ex-Palm Beach cop named John Mark Dougan who worked on the first case in 2005, was appalled at the cover up and fled to Russia with copies. Could this by why Medvedev bragged that it wasn’t just the Mossad that had the dirt on Trump?

FACT: Maxwell’s family had a history with spy agencies, which would explain the reason for the tapings.

Ghislaine’s father was notorious for his connections to both Israeli and Russian intelligence. Others have stated that Epstein was the operative who ran a blackmail operation for those agencies, using the young girls Maxwell recruited for him, in order to gather ‘kompromat’ on important people as a way of controlling them. Trump’s own mentor, Lawyer Roy Cohn, even admitted this operation existed. It is said that Roy Cohn’s job was to set up targets for sexual blackmail by the CIA. It is not possible that Epstein and Maxwell were the only ones involved in this operation. Recently leaked Emails revealed Jeffrey Epstein’s connections to the surveillance industry

FACT: Follow the money!

Senator Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) wants to know how Epstein amassed such a fortune which he was funneling to Russian banks. “In particular, filings by four big banks flagged more than $1.5 billion in transactions — including thousands of wire transfers for the purchase and sale of artwork for rich friends, fees paid to Mr. Epstein by wealthy individuals, and payments to numerous women, the senator’s office found. The filings came after Mr. Epstein was arrested in 2019 on federal sex trafficking charges.” Was this money from his victims’ abusers?

FACT: Recently, 1,000 staffers were directed to remove and redact Trump’s name from any evidence documentation in which he reportedly appeared at least 64 times.

In addition to AG Pam Bondi’s denial that there is no list or any other evidence to show, Ghislaine Maxwell was allowed to be moved to a minimum security prison where she is free to mingle during the day, something that is almost never done with sex offenders. This was after she claimed that there was no list and that Donald Trump never did anything inappropriate while she knew him, and that no girls gave massages to clients, and that there were no cameras on the premises, despite bragging that she and Epstein had kompromat on him and others and showed those very cameras to Maria Farmer. In addition Maxwell claimed that former President Clinton never visited the Island despite flight logs that suggest he may have.

It was reported that the DoJ instructed 1,000 workers to redact any mention of Trump in the Epstein evidence files, the ones that supposedly do not exist.

So where do we stand now? The FBI, both past and present, know where those VHS tapes and CD reside. And yet, they are sitting on them. The public must demand that every single abuser depicted on those tapes, which are all labeled with the names of the abusers, is brought to justice. Why can’t this be done and what are they hiding?

On Wednesday September 3, 2025 Rep. Ro Khanna, D-California and Rep.Thomas Massie, R-Kentucky will hold a press conference with 10 of Epstein’s victims. Perhaps we will learn more about why the people on those VHS tapes and CDs should be exposed.

News conference with Epstein’s victims will be ‘explosive,’ lawmaker predicts

An upcoming news conference with victims of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein could be “explosive,” one of the congressmen pushing for full release of the files on Epstein predicts.

Rep. Ro Khanna, D-California, said the victims’ accounts will force lawmakers to vote on a bill requiring the Justice Department to release its files.
