You order something online, wait for it to arrive, and then suddenly find out that delivery comes with a surprise bill. That’s happening to a lot more people thanks to President Donald Trump’s tariffs. And they’re finding that it’s not just the new taxes that can quickly pile up. Some shipping companies are also adding a lot of extra fees on top.
