President Donald Trump commuted the prison sentences of more than two dozen people Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Included in the list is Lawrence Duran, the owner of a Miami-based health care company who was convicted in 2011 of defrauding Medicare out of $87 million and sentenced to 50 years in prison.
