And Trump is to blame.
France just joined Germany in preparing for World War III, believing that the United States may be committed to Russia’s western expansion under Trump.
Ukraine depends on U.S. intelligence, such as locations of Putin’s military forces picked up by U.S. satellites, to defend against Russia’s invasion.
This morning, the Trump administration all U.S. intelligence sharing with Ukraine, in addition to the military aid Trump suspended on Monday.
A quote from Mark Wallace that reads “American satellites will see Russian bombers carrying missiles taking off, bound for Ukrainian hospitals, power and transport infrastructure, and they will intentionally choose to sit on their hands rather than warn Ukraine it’s coming.”
An anonymous source involved in the arrangements told CNN that this “pretty much guarantees a Russian victory without there needing to be a peace deal.”
In the eyes of Ukraine and other ally countries, the Trump administration has now officially committed to the expansion of the Russian empire, no matter the lives lost or the international alliances ended.
Since losing this life-saving resource in its military defense, Ukraine reports that Russia’s launched at least 56 attacks, deployed two missiles, dropped 59 guided bombs, used 939 kamikaze and FPV drones, and shelled Ukrainian defenders and civilians over 3,500 times.
Because of the United States, Ukrainians were denied intelligence that might have prevented or alleviated these attacks.
Because of the United States, Europe is preparing for war with Russia, and they can’t trust that the largest military in the world will be on their side.
A quote from French President Emmanuel Macron that reads “Russia has already made the Ukrainian conflict a global conflict. It has mobilized North Korean soldiers and Iranian equipment on our continent, while helping these countries to arm themselves more. Who can believe that Russia will stop at Ukraine? Remaining a spectator would be madness. It is a question, without further delay, of making decisions for Ukraine, for the security of the French, for the security of Europeans.”
As things stand right now, Ukraine will likely either surrender or be defeated. In either case, the future of our European allies — and democracy in Europe, is on the line.
