He co-sponsored a legislative proposal defining “Trump Derangement Syndrome” (TDS) as a form of mental illness, characterized it in the bill as an acute onset of paranoia and general hysteria in reaction to Donald Trump’s presidency. He was arrested for soliciting a minor and child pornography.
