On April 26, 1942, in a speech to the Reichstag (the German parliament) in Berlin, Adolf Hitler said:

“Furthermore, I expect the German legal profession to understand that the nation is not here for them but they are here for the nation… From now on, I shall intervene in these cases and remove from office those judges who evidently do not understand the demand of the hour.”

Hitler was shortly thereafter granted the authority to overrule any existing law and act as the supreme judge of the Reich.

Hitler declared that the Führer’s word had the force of law. This meant judges didn’t need to rely on written statutes, just Hitler’s speeches, policies, and directives.

Courts were instructed to issue rulings that upheld Nazi ideology, even if that meant ignoring existing law. Judges weren’t out-right abolished, but their independence was destroyed. They were expected to “interpret” law according to the “will of the Führer.”

On February 18, 2025, Krasnov @realDonaldTrump signed an Executive Order entitled – “Ensuring Accountability for All Agencies.”

Under Sec. 7. – Rules of Conduct Guiding Federal Employees’ Interpretation of the Law – Trump stated:

“The President and the Attorney General, subject to the President’s supervision and control, shall provide authoritative interpretations of law for the executive branch. The President and the Attorney General’s opinions on questions of law are controlling on all employees in the conduct of their official duties. No employee of the executive branch acting in their official capacity may advance an interpretation of the law as the position of the United States that contravenes the President or the Attorney General’s opinion on a matter of law, including but not limited to the issuance of regulations, guidance, and positions advanced in litigation, unless authorized to do so by the President or in writing by the Attorney General.”

Trump has repeatedly referred to judges as “rogue,” “lunatic,” “unhinged,” “crooked,” “highly partisan,” “biased,” and “monsters.”

He called the Ninth Circuit a “complete and total disaster” and “out of control,” claiming it is used to get a “guaranteed result” against his agenda.

He has accused judges of being “Trump-hating, radical left, Democrat operative[s]” who are out to get him.

Now, consider this:

In February 2025, at least 20 immigration judges were given dismissal notices, with an effective date of April 22, including 5 assistant chief immigration judges, and judges not yet sworn in.

The International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, which represents immigration court judges, said in a news release that 15 judges were fired “without cause” on July 11, 2025, and another two judges two days after.

The union said those judges were working in courts in 10 different states across the country: California, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Texas, Utah and Virginia.

In Texas alone, 5 immigration judges were specifically removed – three of whom were associate chief judges in Houston, Laredo, and El Paso.

The @realDonaldTrump administration has introduced impeachment resolutions against FOUR federal judges who have issued rulings against Trump’s agenda:

– Judge Paul Engelmayer (SDNY)
– Judge Amir Ali (DC)
– Judge John Bates (DC)
– Judge James Boasberg (DC)

And, @HouseGOP filed articles of impeachment for two judges:

– Judge John “Jack” McConnell Jr. in Rhode Island (planned, but not yet filed)
– Judge Theodore Chuang in Maryland

I’LL SAY THIS AGAIN: @realDonaldTrump is following the German Nazi playbook.
