The 6 people who were arrested were merely dipping their hands in the water, just like the kids in the last video below.
The park police put out a ‘bolo’ which basically shows a person touching the water for about 7 seconds. She has earbuds in, and a purse over her shoulder, is not wet and has NO tools of any kind in her hands. She was never in the water. No vandalism is seen and there are actually workers and other tourists around her, including a pool cleaner in front of her with his hose. Does this look like vandalism to you?

They actually claim that what you see in the video is actually ‘destruction’.
In this AP article it even states that “His statement does not say when exactly the damage occurred or whether it was a suspected case of vandalism and does not identify anyone who might have been involved.”
