Since when does calling out the policies of an administration, calling for the impeachment of their officials, or criticizing their actions, qualify as a ‘call to violence’? We examine two cases that have made the news this week.

While ignoring the possible guilt of the men in the Epstein files, including Trump himself, the current administration is using this excuse in order to censor freedom of speech, specifically from highly visible people such as comedians like Jimmy Kimmel who made a joke about Trump and Melania’s age difference, and those who Trump considers political enemies such as James Comey. The Trump DOJ has indicted Comey for a meme he posted in the past which merely expressed his desire to see Trump be removed from office. The Trump DOJ is claiming that Kimmel’s joke and Comey’s meme were death threats. Neither of these were and Trump’s actions are largely viewed as the weaponization of the justice department.

FCC plans to challenge ABC station licenses amid Kimmel controversy

“As the Trump administration pressures ABC to fire Jimmy Kimmel, the Trump-aligned FCC is planning to challenge the network’s station licenses, setting up a legal battle with ABC’s parent company Disney. The FCC is preparing to “call in all of the TV station licenses for Disney/ABC for early renewal,” a source familiar with the matter told CNN, confirming a report by Semafor. The paperwork could be filed as early as Tuesday afternoon, the source said.”

Let’s first review the issue of political violence, shall we?

Since 2015, concurrent with the time Trump came on the political scene, political violence has been tracked as being 76% from the ‘right’ and 4% from the ‘left’.

Analysis: What data shows about political extremist violence

“Based on our own research and a review of related work, we can confidently say that most domestic terrorists in the U.S. are politically on the right, and right-wing attacks account for the vast majority of fatalities from domestic terrorism.”

As we mentioned, Trump and his supporters are complaining that the mere criticism of his policies as being ‘fascist’ or ‘dictatorial’ are a call to violence which is ridiculous. Criticism of polices is not an incitement to violence as neither are comedic jokes about his marriage. And let’s not forget that Trump is the one who has normalized violence and violent speech since he has been politically visible in the past 10 years.

We personally have experienced some of Trump’s liberal snowflake ‘Karens’ calling us out for our criticisms and statement of facts about Trump. One even claimed that we should be ‘investigated’ for our speech, claiming it endangered him or members of his administration. We say, poppycock. But facts do not care about their feelings, as the saying goes.

Trump loves to see people suffer. In addition to the evidence that can be seen and heard of Trump’s violent and hateful speech in the videos that follow, he himself has stated seriously about wanting someone’s death or injury.

Will Trump be indicted for calling for the killing of certain people?

  • In one of Trump’s early campaign rallies, he was heard telling people to beat up protesters and that he would pay for their legal fees if they were caught.
  • He has called women pigs, piggy, and other foul names.
  • He has called Democrats, immigrants and anyone else who opposes him traitors, fascists, communists and animals
  • He said the only good Democrat was a dead Democrat
  • He posted a video that depicted the Obamas as apes
  • He once shared a video that said “The only good Democrat is a dead Democrat”
  • He mocked and promoted conspiracy theories about Paul Pelosi’s right wing hammer attacker
  • He posted a video showing a picture of a truck with a drawing of a hog-tied Biden on the back
  • He made a statement about imagining guns pointed at Liz Cheney
  • He once told Mark Espers to shoot protesters in the legs
  • He wanted political prisoners to be eaten by alligators and suffer
  • He called for genocide on Easter Sunday
  • He said Mark Kelly should be punished by death for stating a law
  • He once floated the idea of executing Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley
  • He celebrated the death of Robert Mueller
  • He bashed the Reiners after their horrific murder and blamed on their expressing opinions about himself

Who can forget how Trump’s rhetoric has continually encouraged violence, including encouraging the 1,600 perpetrators of the January 6 attack on the capitol, supporters who beat the crap out of 140 capitol police, and who called for the death of Mike Pence, all of whom he pardoned?

There are many more examples of violence committed by those self-professed “MAGA” members in addition to other numerous people you may never have heard about that were targeted by being doxxed, swatted and even forced to move from their homes:

– Two poll workers were forced to move after being falsely accused of passing around thumb drives with votes on them (the amount of violent acts against regular citizens by MAGA followers after the 2020 election is too vast to even list here)
– James Alex Fields Jr. drove into a crowd, hitting and killing a woman in Charlotte, NC.
– At least thirty-three (33) of the J6 criminals who were pardoned have gone on to commit crimes such as theft, rape and murder
– Two of Trump’s own assassination attempts were done by MAGA members and documentation shows they both voted for him, with Crooks being a registered Republican and Routh apologizing for it
– A MAGA ‘pastor’ shot and killed three people. Among them were the Hortons who were two state reps in North Carolina

This file outlines many violent acts and murders by white supremacists, who are known to often be Trump supporters.

When it comes to rhetoric that should be banned, seems like the Trump administration should look to their own house first. They have zero moral standing to complain about anyone else’s speech.

Officer Fanone is someone who is well aware of these facts, having suffered a heart attack, traumatic brain injury, and a concussion after being viciously beaten, dragged, and shocked with a Taser by Trump’s MAGA terrorists on January 6, 2021. He also sustained severe injuries including burns to his neck, broken bones, and long-term PTSD, which forced his resignation from the DC police force.
