A pardoned Jan. 6 rioter who was arrested last week after posting videos of himself fondling unsuspecting women’s hair on the DC Metro was cuffed again, just seconds after he left court Monday.

Bryan Betancur, 28, was in court in Arlington, Va., for an assault and battery offense that took place aboard a Silver Line train servicing the Clarendon Metro Station in Virginia last Sunday, according to Metro Transit Police and court records.

Betancur is a “self-proclaimed white supremacist” who had voiced homicidal ideations and made comments about “conducting a school shooting” — and previously remarked that he wanted to “run people over with a vehicle and kill people in a church,” according to a federal affidavit.

The rioter has also expressed his desire to be a “lone wolf killer,” court papers added.
