This man who is NOT a “criminal illegal alien” and who is married to a US citizen, was brought to the US LEGALLY through the US military’s evacuation of Afghanistan, a move that was aimed at protecting families who had worked with American troops and faced threats from the Taliban. He was going through the legal process to gain permanent status in the US along with 80,000 other Afghan nationals who fled the country at the time.
Now, he is probably going to be sent back where there is a good chance he’ll be tortured and killed for helping the US war effort there.
