Some detainees were pulled from their ceremony to become citizens. Most of these who were sent to this prison were not criminals and/or were in the process of becoming citizens.
They describe physical and sexual torture, and deprivation.
These are crimes and this administration should be punished. Kristi Noem should be in jail.
