Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) proposed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would allow President Trump to serve a third term in the White House so that the country “can sustain the bold leadership our nation so desperately needs.”
“President Trump’s decisive leadership stands in stark contrast to the chaos, suffering, and economic decline Americans have endured over the past four years,” Ogles said in a Thursday statement. “He has proven himself to be the only figure in modern history capable of reversing our nation’s decay and restoring America to greatness, and he must be given the time necessary to accomplish that goal.”
We got news for you, Rep Ogles. You are straight up lying to the people because we have experienced no ‘economic decline’ in the last four years. In truth Trump has been left the greatest economy of the last 25 years and smart people, including two of his own economic advisers, know this. Your gaslighting of the public is typical of Trumpism, and people will not fall for it. In reality, Trump is one of the most corrupt, compromised, dumbest, and most dangerous characters ever to have become potus. He is a weak flawed individual whose narcissism does not allow him to govern properly and who doesn’t understand the rule of law. He destroyed the economy the last time by spending us into oblivion.
